Pack 25: Fun, Core Values and the Scouting Experience
Cub Scouting is based on a number of purposes, primarily focusing on development of core values. Our Pack is comprised of a diverse group of boys ranging from 7 to 10 years of age and a dedicated staff of trained, certified volunteers with many combined years of scouting experience. We provide a safe, nurturing and challenging atmosphere for our scouts. Dens meet weekly at Church of the Holy Name on Conrow Road in Delran, with a monthly Pack meeting and monthly "outing". Some events we enjoyed during the past few seasons included haunted walks, pro sporting events, campouts, local fishing and hiking and much more. This coming season's destinations are sure to be just as exciting!  We have a planned service project working with Scouting for Food again this year, benefitting local food pantries and families in need.

What are the "purposes" of scouting?
Parents, leaders and scouts work together to achieve the 10 purposes of Cub Scouting:
  • Character Development
  • Spiritual Growth
  • Good Citizenship
  • Sportsmanship and Fitness
  • Family Understanding
  • Respectful Relationships
  • Personal Achievement
  • Friendly Service
  • Fun and Adventure
  • Preparation for Boy Scouts
Our meetings, activities and trips are always designed to support one or more of these purposes.
